Return & Refund Policy
Contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized freight returns cannot be accepted.
Request Authorization
Eligible standard items may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery only after written authorization. The approved return instructions identify the destination, condition requirements, and any disclosed restocking cost.
Customer Preference
Actual outbound and return freight may be deducted from a customer-preference refund. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply only when disclosed in the authorization.
Freight And Special Orders
Freight, custom, configured, installed, titled, fueled, used, or as-is products may be final sale except for documented damage, incorrect shipment, written warranty rights, or rights that cannot legally be waived.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are normally processed within 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Banks and payment processors may require additional time to post the credit.
