Clear delivery terms for parcel, freight, flatbed, and manufacturer-direct equipment orders.
Processing
Orders normally require 1-3 business days for payment verification, inventory confirmation, document review, and carrier scheduling.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery is normally estimated at 7-14 business days after processing. Dates are estimates until a carrier appointment is confirmed.
Freight Delivery
Unless the order says otherwise, freight service is curbside or dockside. It does not include inside delivery, assembly, installation, towing, rigging, or unloading. The customer must provide safe carrier access and suitable unloading equipment.
Inspect Before Signing
Count all pieces and inspect the shipment before signing. Photograph all sides. Write specific damage or shortages on the carrier receipt, keep all packaging, and contact us promptly through the official form.
Tracking And Appointments
Tracking is provided when available. Freight tracking may show terminal movement rather than a final delivery appointment. The carrier may contact the delivery phone number to schedule service.
