Warranty & Buyer Support

Warranty coverage is product-specific. Rely on the written terms identified for the exact product and order.

Check before purchase. A brand name or general product description does not establish warranty coverage. Review the warrantor, duration, covered use, remedies, exclusions, registration, and claim route in the applicable written document.

Separate support paths

  • Written manufacturer warranty When identified for a product, the manufacturer document controls its scope and claim process.
  • Seller assistance Assistance with locating records or routing a question does not expand or replace another party's written warranty.
  • Transit damage Shipping damage follows the delivery inspection and claim process, which is separate from product warranty coverage.
  • Returns A return request follows the disclosed return terms and is separate from warranty eligibility.

Before operating equipment

  • Confirm the actual model, serial or vehicle identifier when applicable, condition, included components, and applicable documents.
  • Complete any required registration, inspection, installation, maintenance, or commissioning step within the written deadline.
  • Use qualified personnel and follow manufacturer instructions, warnings, capacity limits, and maintenance records.

Starting a support request

  1. Stop using equipment if continued operation may create a safety or damage risk.
  2. Gather the order number, model and serial identifier, operating hours when relevant, written warranty, maintenance record, photos, and a factual description.
  3. Use the claim route in the applicable warranty or the verified contact path in the order record.
  4. Do not authorize disassembly, repair, transport, or disposal until the responsible party provides instructions when prior approval is required.
